We are not in this business to sell products and services that you don't need. We love service, we love plumbing, and we love using our knowledge to help our Clients. Granted, we are not the cheapest plumbing company and we are not the most expensive. Like all people we feel that we should get paid fairly for a hard days work.
Over the past 10 years we are fortunate to have developed a great relationship with our community. In those 10 years we have provided thousands of estimates and many of those times we have instructed the home and business owner on how to fix minor problem s themselves, at no charge. Recently we have started a new program that would allow our dispatchers to diagnose minor plumbing problems over the phone. Upon which, we would instruct our Clients to visit the "Do It Yourself" section of our web site. If after reading the instructions they are unable to fix the problem we would immediately send out a plumber.
